this is the plan i will be following this week, will post a plan every Saturday.
Breakfast: fresh juice+ 2 toast & labaneh & vegetables
Day 1
Lunch: beef steak ( 120grms) + boiled veggies + 1 toast + 1 fruit
Dinner: Yogurt and cucumber salad + 2 fruits
Day 2
Lunch: pasta with tomato sauce (rice or freekeh) and fresh salad with apple vinegar
Dinner: skimmed milk + 1 toast + white cheese (30 grms) + 1 apple
Day 3
Lunch: fresh salad ( apple vinegar) + grilled chiken + 1 toast
Dinner: tuna salad + 1 toast + 1 apple
Day 4
Lunch: Meat (your style) + boiled veggies + 1 toast
Dinner: vegetable soup + 1 toast + 1 fruit
Day 5
Lunch: grilled fish with extra lemon and fresh salad + 1 toast
Dinner: salad + labaneh and 2 toasts
Day 6
Lunch: steam rice and yogurt
Dinner: 1 toast + white cheese and fresh juice
