i measured myself,, i made -2Kg !!! phew!! it did feel great actually..
Friday i had pancakes & mansaf & chips! 3ajjabet
i didnt have a single cup of coffee for the whole week, all green, all tea. and its soothing for the tummy
about the sukareen, two of my uncles have diabetes and they used to take it then they stopped because they say there is something in it that is proven to be not good on the long run (aspartin?aspartime?) im not sure about it,, but im managing well with no sugar
though i have to admit, i had icecream Thursday :D just once
hmm i went out walking and i have been doing short walking too.
i don't know what to do for Ramadan now,, im not fasting since im christian, but somedays, i leave home at around 7:30 since school started and i wont get to go home till 8 or 10,, so food management is kind of tougher now, im having breakfast before i leave, and im taking can of corn, or cup noodles, or two fruits, i have milk or yogurt or juice, thats around the middle of the day, and when i go home, like 8 i prepare a meal.
but you know, im really trying to get up and walk early first thing in the morning.. i set the clock and i actually wake up like 5:15 but i stay in bed to 6:30 then i go nap to 6:45.. i just cant do morning walks alone. i love the fresh air, khalas must try.. tomo..
this week i will try to work on minimising carbs, especially in 8 pm meal. if i take carbs, its at brkfast. midday, its mainly salad/fruits/dairy.. protein at the evening.. soups ,, this is whats on my mind for now
but the greatest feeling ever, when you have a light dinner and you wake up the day after and you feel your stomach flat and relaxed :D
