Diet Plan:: Week 6

This is to ALIA ... AAAAAAA IT WORKED :) ;) :D HEHEHE

i measured myself,, i made -2Kg !!! phew!! it did feel great actually..

Friday i had pancakes & mansaf & chips! 3ajjabet
i didnt have a single cup of coffee for the whole week, all green, all tea. and its soothing for the tummy
about the sukareen, two of my uncles have diabetes and they used to take it then they stopped because they say there is something in it that is proven to be not good on the long run (aspartin?aspartime?) im not sure about it,, but im managing well with no sugar

though i have to admit, i had icecream Thursday :D just once

hmm i went out walking and i have been doing short walking too.

i don't know what to do for Ramadan now,, im not fasting since im christian, but somedays, i leave home at around 7:30 since school started and i wont get to go home till 8 or 10,, so food management is kind of tougher now, im having breakfast before i leave, and im taking can of corn, or cup noodles, or two fruits, i have milk or yogurt or juice, thats around the middle of the day, and when i go home, like 8 i prepare a meal.

but you know, im really trying to get up and walk early first thing in the morning.. i set the clock and i actually wake up like 5:15 but i stay in bed to 6:30 then i go nap to 6:45.. i just cant do morning walks alone. i love the fresh air, khalas must try.. tomo..

this week i will try to work on minimising carbs, especially in 8 pm meal. if i take carbs, its at brkfast. midday, its mainly salad/fruits/dairy.. protein at the evening.. soups ,, this is whats on my mind for now

but the greatest feeling ever, when you have a light dinner and you wake up the day after and you feel your stomach flat and relaxed :D

it even made me feel better after screwing my whole last week dieting XD
but im standing bacl now =)
i've already ate every thing that could possibly be eaten in Ramadan
and im defintly starting back tomorrow =D
,, and as for you exerscising , there are like DOZENZ of Aerobic lessons online
i actually made my own teap using youtube , so if you want it i'll be glad to share it with you
so keep it up , and waiting for your week 7 =)

congratulations, I'm right now I'm a big diet to lose all of the weight I gained in college, I weigh myself every week and the last weigh-in I lost 25 lbs (like 10 kg) in 8 weeks exactly. I'm taking these appetite suppressants and as a result I eat much less on them. I'm halfway until I reach my goal!

Thank you thweety! i know you'll do great this week,, lsn,, 3adi, its first week of Ramadan and if i were in your shoes, im SO sure kunt r7 akhabbis, especially with all yummy sweet stuff and the good cooking.. Good Job on fasting (two thumbs up) and at least keeping the monitoring going , YOU WILL DO IT, YOU WILL DO IT, ALIA WILL DO IT RIGHT NO MATTER WHAT xD

i have been thinking of ways to make fasting a proper diet,,, a friend of mine, after Athan, just has the tamer, soup and light pastries/starters and waits for another 20 minutes and eats his meal/main course (bil 3agel) then at 9 pm he goes to the gym,, our neighbours just go for a tiny walk at 9..

you know, its ok to have a big meal,, ya3ni you dont eat all day but its important to eat slowly,, the otherday i was at iftar with friends, and people were done eating at 7:35 like soup, drinks and 3 main courses/two dishes! in addition to sweets/fruits/tea later on.. this is too much for stomach after all day with no food, then people sit infront of TV (-_-)

about the aerobics tape,, that would be awesome,, can you post it at your blog?? :DD

let me check for you on the sukareen before you tell your dad
like i get you some scientific info, maybe im wrong about it, will make a post :)


Keep up the good work,, you are doing great Alia, me have faith in that, Dieting is a life style afterall, we are healthy ;)

you go girl:D thats amazing!! and the loss rate is great too,, its very right because slow loss is no gaining back,, but if you want my advice on that is not to depend too much on food supressants,, because at some point you will stop taking them once you get to the desired weight,,right? how would you guarantee that after another 8 weeks you wont need them? so a method is to use them on and off weekly, week after week because you shouldn't lose your appetite for food

currently, i look forward to an achievement of yours,, truly great great job Asma :D you are done with the hard part and you are determined enough to get to the finish line, you are almost there,, Keep up the good work xD

you know, i just got back from my gramma's house .. it was family 3zoma today .. and you know that it's FORBIDDEN to diet in your gramma's house , when i told her i was dieting so dont put so much food in my dish, she was like "eish ya5ty?" .. i was like XD wala shi ya seti salmtek ><" ..
so im defintly starting tomorrow , i have a new method to try , if it workes i'll share it with you =) ..
..
well , and about my eating habit in ramadan , im usually okay after the soup , but i have to try somthing of everything ><" ..
but again , im startin' a new method =D ..
so anywayz , 3njad i want to thank you kteeeeeeer for your supporting words .. THANKE YOU INDEED ..
and finally , as for the aerobic im gonna upload it for you but do you want MPEG or avi ?
