Notice that the meter keeps running while u r waiting at a signal or stuck in traffic ... we, in dubai, dont pay for petrol only during the cab experience, we pay for the time spent in the cab.

A pissed off resident currently riding RTA bus where the passenger sitting near by is chewing her bubblegum out loud like a camel.
